Renato Pessoa

Renato Pessoa works primarily in Public Law, particularly in Public Biddings and Administrative Contracts, Concessions, PPPs and PMIs, working both as a consultant and in strategic litigation.

He provides services, among others, to companies in the telecommunications, infrastructure, technology, dairy and franchising sectors, working on defining extrajudicial strategies and conducting highly relevant legal proceedings.

Since 2002, he has held the position of Attorney for the Legislative Assembly of Minas Gerais, having previously held the positions of Attorney for the Municipal Chamber of Belo Horizonte and Attorney for the State of Minas Gerais.

He was also President of the Permanent Bidding Committee of the Municipal Chamber of Belo Horizonte and a member of the Permanent Bidding Committee of the Legislative Assembly of Minas Gerais.
