Victória Sbruzzi Messmar

About

Victória Sbruzzi is the partner responsible for arbitration and mediation areas. She has over thirteen years of experience in managing highly complex arbitration and business mediation proceedings, mainly involving corporate matters, civil construction and infrastructure contracts, capitalization mechanisms for large-scale projects, mergers and acquisitions, claims, indemnities, and public administration.

She is a responsible for contractual analyses prior to the initiation of ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings for medium to large business groups.

She has experience in coordinating and managing three Brazilian arbitration institutions, most recently as General Secretary of the Chamber of Business Mediation and Arbitration – Brazil (CAMARB).

Education

• LL.M in Law from Faculdade da Indústria (FIEP);
• Bachelor of Law from Universidade Positivo (UP).

• Consultant to the Arbitration Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association/PR (2025-2027);
• Member of the Board of Directors of the Arbitration Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/PR) (2022-2024);
• Member of the Board of Directors of CONIMA (2022-2025).
