With diversity and inclusion as values, TPC Advogados is always looking for new actions. Within our Diversity and Inclusion Committee, we are pleased with the firm's participation in the “Incluir Direito” Project organized by CESA (Centro de Estudos das Sociedade de Advogados). In partnership with UFMG (Federal University of Minas Gerais), our firm participated in the mentoring of a young lawyer who is currently a member of our team.
The “Incluir Direito” Project is committed to transforming and promoting social justice by providing educational and personal development for young black men and women to participate on equal terms in the admission processes for joining large law firms.
In partnership with CESA and UFMG, the Project's main objective is to increase the participation of black professionals in the legal industry, boosting inclusion and diversity.

Building dialogues with the objective of jointly fostering a work environment that respects and values the uniqueness of each person, we founded the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
Established in 2022, the Committee's purpose is to discuss actions that promote respect and embracement without distinction of gender, ethnicity, color, creed, people with special needs, sexual orientation, and social situation.
