Aluizio has over 30 years of experience in companies in the industrial, retail and service industries in large national and multinational companies, including publicly traded companies, with extensive experience in controllership, treasury, financial management, tax, risk, auditing, planning and corporate governance. He can work in different contexts and cultures.

His expertise is notable in the management of large financial areas with experience in financing infrastructure projects, corporate finance, relationships with banks, debt issuance, M&As, modeling, projections and financial analysis.

Also noteworthy is his experience in conducting corporate reorganization processes (mergers, spin-offs and incorporations of companies) that resulted in significant operational and tax synergies; in conducting financial restructurings of companies under judicial supervision; in improving financial controls and processes, especially those aimed at meeting compliance and internal auditing.
