Daniele Mesquita has extensive experience in higher courts and stands out for her ability to act in complex cases, especially in the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and the Superior Labor Court (TST). Her work includes defending labor rights and establishing important precedents in the interpretation of law.

This experience is complemented by her role as a former representative of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Amazonas in the Federal District, where she promoted coordination between different spheres of government.
