About

Rafael Grassi has been working in the areas of Labor and Union Law for over 30 years.

He advises companies from various sectors on collective bargaining, with a business focus, dedicating himself to understanding the needs of employers and workers and to developing legal and negotiation strategies for adopting preventive measures and generating opportunities.

He has worked in large companies such as Vale S.A., Grupo Ferro Ligas and Votorantim Metais, holding the positions of lawyer, labor legal coordinator, legal advisor to the president, labor legal manager and general legal manager.

He worked as a law professor at Faculdade CEDIN – Center for Studies in Law and Business, in the postgrad course in Labor Law. He is the author of several articles on collective bargaining, outsourcing, teleworking, working hours, employment contracts with executives, bonuses, profit sharing, health and safety at work, among others.
