Renato Toledo

About

Renato Toledo is the co-founder of TPC Advogados and co-responsible for the Civil Law and Corporate Law areas. With extensive and proven experience in advising national and international clients, he is the partner responsible for the São Paulo office.

Renato was a professor at the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas) and at the postgraduate program of the Institute of Continuing Education (IEC/PUC Minas). He was recognized by the Análise 500 yearbook as one of the most admired lawyers in corporate contracts.

He works mainly in the banking, mining and steel, construction and engineering, telecommunications, consumer goods and transportation sectors, advising clients of the most varied profiles and sizes. In his consulting practice, he focuses on corporate contracts, civil law and corporate law.

Renato Toledo advises clients in preparing pre-litigation approaches, as well as in defining strategies in highly relevant and complex processes related to civil, corporate, civil liability and credit recovery matters.
