About

Vinícius is a lawyer with solid experience in corporate legal consultancy, with an emphasis on corporate law, corporate planning, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He has corporate experience in companies in the industrial, construction, retail, banking, and sports sectors, due to his work as head of legal departments of important economic groups.

Vinícius has extensive academic experience as a professor of corporate law at several Lae Schools in Minas Gerais, collaborating with the academic research of several students in different institutions, such as the Institute of Continuing Education of the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (IEC/PUC Minas). He was also a qualified monitor at Dom Cabral Foundation (FDC).

His work focuses on extrajudicial legal advice (consultancy) for companies and business families, as well as individual entrepreneurs, in matters of high legal complexity, whether aimed at preventing litigation or structuring businesses. He also stands out for his work in managing conflicts between partners and/or shareholders.

• Specialization Degree (Certificate) in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from the Ipatinga Law School – Fadipa (2008)
• Bachelor’s degree in law from the Newton Paiva University Center (2007);
