Felipe Cunha Pinto Rabelo is the partner in charge of the Labor Law practice, and co-head of the Collective Bargaining and Labor Relations practice. He has vast and solid experience advising national and international clients on strategic, collective, and individual labor claims.

Felipe is a former Law Professor and Legal Director of ABRH-MG. Besides acting in litigation, he is a labor arbitrator at CAMINAS and CAMES.

He works mainly in the banking, mining and steel, construction and engineering, services, health, logistics, consumer goods, and transportation sectors, providing legal advice for clients with the most varied profiles and sizes.

In consulting, he focuses on contract analysis, whether with employees or with service providers, out-of-court demands, preventive analysis, and due diligence.
