Eduardo Paoliello is the partner in charge of Tax Law and co-responsible for Corporate and Business Law. He was President of the Law Offices Studies Center, Division of Minas Gerais, in the triennium 2015/2017, currently composing its board of directors.
He is a member of the Law Office Committee of OAB/MG and was a member of the Arbitration Committee of the same institution in the triennium 2016/2018.
His practice is focused on advising and strategic litigation and arbitrations, with relevant performance in the preparation of legal opinions and opinions in the tax area, business contracts and corporate arrangements.
He serves national and international clients of various sizes, in tax planning operations and corporate restructuring.
He has a strong presence in strategic litigation involving tax law, company law, business law, bankruptcy law and corporate restructuring. He participates in arbitrations of corporate, business and contractual matters, either as lawyer of the parties or as arbitrator.
