Renato Dilly Campos

Renato Dilly Campos is the partner in charge of Economic Criminal Law and Criminal Compliance. He was a member of the Economic Criminal Law Commission of OAB-MG and is a member of the Institute of Criminal Sciences. In addition to that, he is director of Instituto de Estudos Sobre o Sistema Penitenciário do Município de Nova Lima Institute for Studies on the Penitentiary System of the City of Nova Lima.
With his practice focused on company crimes, both in the defensive aspect and in the role of prosecution assistant, he has expertise in major police operations and strategic judicial processes.
He is experienced in criminal review of complex corporate and tax transactions, governance models and the preparation of criminal instruments of business integrity. He works in corporate investigations, assisting internal and external audits in the verification and investigation of irregularities and measuring corporate criminal risks.
He works in a relevant manner in criminal analyzes of business operations carried out on the Stock Exchange, legally advising investors possibly harmed in the market, of the criminal practices eventually performed.
