Collective law and trade union relations

We are widely recognized for our solid experience and expertise in dealing with trade union relations and in our work in collective law. We defend the interests of our clients in preparatory procedures and public civil inquiries conducted by the Public Labor Prosecutor’s Office (MPT), as well as in infraction reports drawn up by the Ministry of Labor. Our work includes representation in collective lawsuits, in addition to public civil lawsuits filed by the Public Labor Prosecutor’s Office, collective disputes, mediation at the MPT and SRT, and other similar lawsuits.

We also work in collective negotiations with trade unions from different industries and categories, aligning legal solutions to the specific needs of each client.
