• Defense in administrative proceedings before consumer protection bodies such as PROCON, ANATEL, ANVISA, among others.
• Representation in legal proceedings related to consumer claims.
• Development of out-of-court conflict resolution strategies, including direct negotiations with consumers and participation in mediation or conciliation.
• Defense in class actions brought by consumer protection entities and public civil actions brought by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, with the aim of protecting the client’s interests related to mass claims.
• Training and qualification of employees to deal with consumer issues in customer service and the provision of services.
