• Representation in legal proceedings involving individual and collective labor claims before all labor courts.
• Defense in public civil inquiries conducted by the Labor Prosecutor’s Office and in infraction reports drawn up by the Ministry of Labor.
• Appeals in administrative and judicial procedures related to labor issues, aiming to protect the client’s interests.

• Legal audits to identify labor contingencies and liabilities in mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring operations.
• Detailed assessment of the company’s labor practices, including employment contracts, employee records and compliance with occupational health and safety standards and good practices in relation to current law.
