Delano is a professional with solid experience in corporate law, advisory and litigation with corporate experience in mining, civil, construction\/infrastructure, energy, and third sector entities.<\/p>\n
He worked for over 25 years in large companies in the mining sector, such as MBR and VALE. He managed legal departments in South America, with international experience (Santiago\/Chile) advising on the company’s operational and strategic activities in several countries, including strategic management and adoption of practices to increase operational efficiency, legal management of highly complex judicial and administrative actions, individual and collective, labor, civil, tax, regulatory, environmental, mining, real estate and legal compliance audit.<\/p>\n
Delano also rendered services regarding legal advisory services for infrastructure projects, from the environmental licensing stage to operation, interface with federal, state, municipal public and private institutions and the Public Prosecutor’s Office, in the implementation of industrial, social-environmental and cultural projects.<\/p>\n
He also served in projects aimed at implementation of the Data Protection Program \u2013 LGPD and active management procedures of the SLAs of Legal Departments.<\/p>\n
Delano has experience in advising on new businesses, compliance, analysis and drafting of contracts and restructuring of companies, as well as M&A.<\/p>\n
Drafting, reviewing and managing corporate, commercial, real estate, easements\/mineral lease, financial and infrastructure contracts.<\/p>\n
